I have recently employed M.Gosling and Sons to carry out extensive building works for me on the above property that I purchased about fourteen months ago.

After seeing examples of the companies work and being myself a Building Quantity Surveyor for many years, I was more than happy to arrange for M.Gosling And Sons to carry out the works.

The work consisted of alterations, extensions, and refurbishment of the bungalow and it was carried out in a very competent and professional manner from start to finish.

The job involved work in every room in the dwelling as well as in the roof void, and therefore had to be planned and carried out in such a way as to allow near normal occupation as possible. This was achieved by mutual co-operation and gentle good humor and forbearance on the part of the contractor. It seemed on many occasions that problems were only there to be solved.

The initial enabling works were started in March and the main works in June with completion in October. The quality of all work, some carried out in the most awkward of conditions, was of the highest standard, with much attention being given to detail and to client's requirements, amendments and preferences.

M.Gosling and Sons were also able to arrange for other trades such as plasteres and electricians to work in with themselves, thus avoiding delays and other problems.

Iam extremely pleased with the final result on this project that are all due to the hard work and dedication of the Gosling team in seeing it through.
